AGRIN Co. Ltd. is a Turkish consulting company, which provides services on agriculture rural development and natural resources. Overall project management, institutional strengthening, participatory planning, need assessment, impact assessment, qualitative/quantitative surveys, monitoring and evaluation and training/skill transfer are integral parts of majority of the consultancy services which are provided by the firm for domestic and foreign client agencies.

Since 1991, AGRIN has been providing consultancy services for the execution of Technical Assistance components of 51 internationally financed projects in Turkey and overseas of which is 16 is financed by European Union (EU), 25 are by the World Bank/IFAD, 2 by World Commission on Dams (WCD), 1 by UNEP/GEF, 1 by USAID, 2 by Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and 2 by private sector. Out of those 16 EU funded projects, 13 of them were executed in Turkey, 3 of them in northern part of Cyprus. As national partner of these projects AGRIN has successfully achieved backstopping and regular monitoring in close cooperation with lead firms.

Therefore, the company has proven experience in the execution and/or coordination of projects in line with the requirements of the international funding institutions and relevant government organisations.

The firm has access to a large portfolio of national and international experts from various disciplines who are recruited temporarily when and where needed. 

AGRIN is a member of the International Federation of the Consulting Engineers (FIDIC), European Federation of Consulting Associations (EFCA) and the Association of Turkish Consulting Engineers (ATCEA), and is registered with eight international funding agencies including the World Bank. The firm is also a member of the International Network on Participatory Irrigation Management (INPIM).
